Interesting Fact

One interesting fact that I learned about Laos was that they don't have any railways since the river is there. I found this interesting because almost every country that I have been to has railways. I think that there are no railways since the Mekong River is there and it goes through most of the country so they can use boats instead of trains to get around. However I am a bit nervous about going on a boat since I get sea sick... but at least we still get to ride a train on our way to Laos and on the way back to Malaysia.
